At Vertigo Posters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wall art; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Poster

  Carefully roll your poster and place it back into its original protective tube or triangular mailer to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the packaging and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
